We all seem to fish the same areas over and over. I am especially guilty of this. I just can't get away from the boat ramp area. But once in a while I will go check out other areas of the lake. You may be surprised how a cove or creek could change, possibly to your benefit. Maybe grass , brush or downed trees. If the water is clear or low, you may see changes in the channel itself. Sometimes you may even find less pressured fish. There is no better satisfaction than finding " your own fish". Good luck.
Agree bobby. My rule, probably carried over from when i had a glass boat and fishing the expansive lower Potomac, is on every trip or practice to fish one new or at least different area than you would typically. Everytime. Never know what you might find or just to reinforce that an area sucks and always will.
Go Fish Yourself! <'')))>< ...Respectfully.
