I have submitted our request for the 2013 MRA schedule. I will publish it as soon as we receive approvals from the City of Baltimore and the Loch Raven Fishing Center. Thanks to the EBA for helping to make the scheduling process easier by the way they set-up their schedule for 2013.
With that much done, the MRA committee will turn its' attention to reviewing and revising the rules and regulations for the upcoming season. At this time we would like to give you the opportunity to provide your input for any suggestions you have regarding the operation of the club and/or tournaments. Please do so by submitting a comment to this post so everyone can see your idea. It may help other people come up with some new ideas as well!
I expect to conduct our annual meeting on the traditional date of the last Sunday in February - February 24th at 1:00 pm. I do not have a location yet. If anyone has a suggestion for a place where we can preferably have a room all to ourselves, with the availability of food and beverages, please include your suggestion in a comment.
As the off-season progresses and we begin to finalize our plans, we will be asking for volunteers to help with some of the duties that need to be performed at the events. I sincerely hope that we can see some new faces step-up to help the club this year. If everyone takes their turn it would never be too much of a burden on any one person.
