I hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays and I wish all the very best for the New-Year.
As expected, the Board of Directors election has resulted in the acceptance of all four individuals that had been nominated. In addition to myself, Chad Wisner, Walt Marchant and Holden Wolfe have been elected to the Board. We have scheduled our first meeting on January 6th to start our work. Keep sending your suggestions and comments so we can use them in our planning.
I am including a picture of the sunrise at Liberty Reservoir on Monday, December 31st taken from a cell phone camera. This has not been re-touched in any way. It was almost as if the sky was mourning the close of the lakes for the winter. And now that the lakes are closed, don't forget to do some important maintenence on your boat. The very first thing I did today after my chargers completed their cycle was to check and then top off the water levels for my batteries. Don't forget to keep them fully charged throughout the winter. I usually put mine on charge for an hour or so every couple weeks. This will really help keep your batteries in a charged state and help maximize their longevity.
